How is the cost of embroidering my logo determined?⌄

Embroidery pricing is based on stitch count — more detail, colors, and size means more stitches and a higher per-piece cost.

Once you submit your logo we'll digitize it, count the stitches, and include the exact cost in your quote. The one-time $35 digitizing fee covers converting your artwork into a stitch file regardless of complexity.

What is a digitizing fee?⌄

A one-time $35 fee to convert your logo into an embroidery-ready stitch file. Once on file, no future digitizing charges for repeat orders. Complex logos may vary; we'll let you know upfront.

Can you embroider individual names on garments?⌄

Yes — 1 or 2 lines of custom name, title, or department text. 1 line = $8.50 per piece, 2 lines = $10.50 per piece. Include your preferred thread color and font style when submitting — we'll include options in your digital proof too.

What's the minimum order quantity?⌄

Our standard minimum is 12 pieces. We can work with smaller quantities at a slightly higher per-piece rate — just enter your quantity in the form and we'll quote accordingly.

How long does production take?⌄

Standard turnaround is 5–7 business days from proof approval. Rush production (2–5 business days) is available for an additional fee — select it in the form below.

What file formats do you accept for logos?⌄

We prefer vector files: AI, EPS, SVG, or PDF. High-resolution PNG or JPG (300 DPI+) also work. No file? Paste your website URL in the notes — we can often pull your logo directly.

Can I supply my own garments?⌄
