Refunds & Exchanges
- We offer a 30-day return policy from the date of delivery.
- Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition and packaging to qualify for a refund or exchange.
- Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days after the returned item is received.
Restocking Fee
- Orders over $250 may be subject to a 25% restocking fee.
Shipping Costs
- Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Exclusions
The following items are non-refundable and non-exchangeable unless defective:
- Customized or personalized items (including embroidery, screen printing, and custom garments).
