II. Place of Sale

All transactions are governed by the laws of California, and the venue for all disputes shall be the courts located in California. No modification of an order is valid unless agreed to in writing by IUS. Buyer purchase orders do not materially alter these Terms.

III. Restrictions on the Purchase of Certain Products

1. Law Enforcement Identifiers – Items such as badges, insignia, embroidered emblems, or apparel that identify a law enforcement or security role are restricted. Orders must be shipped to an approved agency address, or accompanied by agency letterhead and valid identification.
2. Knives & Specialty Gear – Certain knives and restricted tools are subject to federal and state laws. IUS requires proper documentation and may reject such sales.
3. Body Armor & Tactical Equipment – Sales are limited to authorized public safety professionals, military personnel, corporate/private security, and educators with proper documentation. IUS reserves the right to deny any order lacking sufficient verification.

IV. Export Compliance

U.S. law restricts the sale and export of certain products. IUS complies with all applicable export regulations, including screening against government Denied Party Lists. Diversion contrary to U.S. law is prohibited.

V. Use of Website
