Shipping policy
Standard orders normally ship out within 1–2 business days. Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays are not considered business days.
Extended Delivery Times
Expect extended delivery dates when:
- Merchandise requires personalization (screen printing, embroidery, etc.)
- Merchandise is on back order
- Merchandise is of irregular size or weight that does not allow for air delivery
- Shipment is destined for a U.S. territory or possession, Canada, APO/FPO, or an international destination
In-House Services & Fulfillment
At Innovative Uniform Solutions, most orders are processed in-house — including screening, embroidery, and customization. This allows us to work quickly and efficiently to ensure timely fulfillment. We also welcome local walk-ins at our location for fast, personal service.
Shipping to P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO Addresses
- A street address is recommended to avoid delays.
- Deliveries to APO/FPO and P.O. Boxes will be shipped via USPS Standard. Please allow extra delivery time.
Shipping Hazardous Materials
Certain items (such as pepper spray) must be shipped via Standard Ground Shipping due to federal regulations, regardless of the shipping option selected at checkout.

If you need your order faster, we offer:

- Next Day Delivery
- Expedited Next Day Delivery
- Saturday Delivery (availability may vary by location)
Orders must be received by 2:00 p.m. PT, Monday–Friday for same-day processing. Orders received on Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays are processed on the next business day. Additional charges apply for expedited services.
Additional Charges for Expedited Services
- 2-Day Air: Additional charges apply. Not available for P.O. Boxes or non-contiguous U.S. shipments.
- Next Day Delivery: Additional charges apply. Not available for P.O. Boxes or non-contiguous U.S. shipments.
- Expedited Next Day Delivery: Additional charges apply. Not available for P.O. Boxes or customers outside the contiguous U.S.
- Saturday Delivery: Additional charges apply. Service availability varies by location. Not available outside the contiguous U.S. or to P.O. Boxes.
Shipping Charges for Non-Contiguous U.S. Orders
For orders shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, or Canada, an additional charge (calculated by carriers) will be added to the shipping total. Not all services are available to all locations.
